Truck Loading System

Usha hydraulics offers hydraulic lifting tables from 100 kg capacity up to 10,000 capacity having a wide variety size of platforms, along with choices such as hand operated lifting, power operated lifting and transporting attachment. The following system can be used for loading materials into trucks depending on individual requirements: type-i - using usha hydraulic single scissors platforms available in various capacities as required having platform size of about 2 x 1 m and height up to 1600 mm. These can be mobile or stationary type. Models up to 1000 kg can be offered with hand/power operation, however scissors of higher capacity have to be power operated for lifting movement. Type-ii - this is an ideal tuck loading system for both palletised loads or otherwise, wherein one-man can load the entire truck load of palletised load. This system consist of: a) usha scissors platform stationary type either pit mounted or kept on the floor with a small ramp. This is placed in the area where the truck will be parked for loading; and b) pallet trucks (for pallet loads) or simple 4 wheeled trolleys/stackers (for non-palletised loads).
